Our job does not end when you click buy. As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with clients. We are, therefore dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.
We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
(Remark: You can not return the product which is the same as the photo shown on our website and without the 6 reasons as follow. )
- 1. Shipping errors
- 2. Obvious wrong color.
- 3. Damaged goods
- 4. Obvious wrong size.
- 5. It is a complete different bag from your order.
- 6. Some function is not work
In order to return your products, send an e-mail to sale@replicasmall.com explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your good(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your good(s) new and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for refund, and with all tags attached. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense to our warehouse in Asia and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (i.e. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the goods. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 1 week once we received the returned package, and will be credited to your credit card.
