Lancel, the Parisian fine leather brand famous for creating the Bucket bag is celebrating their 133rd year in business with an exhibition at the Garden Court, Pacific Place mall. The exhibition chronicles Lancel’s history over the last 133 years, showcasing over 35 antique and vintage bags from 1900.
What you can expect from this exhibition? Lots of Lancel bags! Bags to note – the first Lancel bag, a black silk number with mother-of-pearl and ivory details, a black python bag made in the Art Deco era with gold buckles, a red Iguana canvas bucket bag with twin straps and gold jewelled clasp in retro style, the first Elsa bucket bag and the Parissienne bag.
